TALENTGO LEGAL
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TalentGo’s current website, accounts and service marketplace. They describe the V1 product that is actually available; they do not turn a profile, verification signal or provider selection into a guarantee.
1. Your account and authority
TalentGo uses one account for the real human behind each action. Personal and Business are starting journeys, not separate credential systems.
- Provide accurate account information and act only as yourself or through an organisation membership you are authorised to use.
- Keep passwords, email verification codes, phone OTPs and active sessions private. Do not share a company login.
- Seeing an organisation or Business Profile does not grant authority. Current membership and role checks control organisation actions.
2. TalentGo’s marketplace role
TalentGo helps customers discover providers and manage structured service-marketplace interactions. TalentGo does not itself provide the services listed by providers.
- Customers and providers remain responsible for deciding whether to work together and for the accuracy of information they provide.
- TalentGo V1 does not process bookings, payments or escrow. Any service arrangement and payment happen directly between the customer and provider.
- Shortlisting or choosing a provider records a marketplace decision only. It does not prove a booking, payment, completed service or legal contract.
3. Profiles, listings and content
You are responsible for content you submit, including profiles, services, portfolio material, Business Profiles, requests, responses and messages.
- Keep submitted information accurate and do not impersonate another person or organisation or claim verification that TalentGo has not granted.
- Submit only content you are entitled to use and that does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
- When you choose to publish content, you allow TalentGo to process and display it as needed for that public feature. Draft and private content stays subject to its stated access controls.
4. Requests, responses and conversations
Use marketplace tools for genuine service enquiries and relevant provider responses.
- Do not send spam, deceptive offers, unlawful material or unrelated commercial messages.
- Do not harass, threaten or misuse personal information received through a legitimate marketplace interaction.
- Do not bypass access controls, response limits, publication requirements, rate limits or conversation lifecycle restrictions.
5. Verification and trust signals
TalentGo keeps email, security-phone, profile, credential and business verification concepts separate.
- A verified email or security phone confirms only the specific check described by TalentGo.
- Publication, verification or appearance in search does not guarantee identity, qualifications, service quality, safety or performance.
- Creating or publishing an Organisation or Business Profile does not mean the business is SSM-verified, government-verified or an approved provider.
6. Availability and enforcement
TalentGo may change, pause or withdraw product surfaces as the service evolves and may restrict content or access that fails current eligibility, authority, safety or marketplace rules.
- Use the labels and controls currently shown in the product; future features are not part of these terms until they are made available.
- Do not probe, disrupt, scrape private information from or attempt unauthorised access to TalentGo systems or other users’ data.
- TalentGo does not guarantee that searches, requests or responses will produce a match or successful service outcome.
7. Privacy and updates
The Privacy Policy explains current information handling. TalentGo may update these terms as the product or its operating rules change; the date at the top identifies the version in effect.
